About the job

As a Sales Advisor at House of Atelier Munro Vancouver, you are responsible for delivering an elevated, seamless, and high-end client experience from first appointment to final delivery. You act as a trusted style advisor—combining consultative selling, product expertise, and relationship-building to create long-term client partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities are:

  • Manage the full sales and order process while delivering a seamless, high-end client experience;

  • Adapt to individual client needs, expectations, and questions through a consultative selling approach;

  • Understand clients’ lifestyles to provide personalized advice on fit, fabrics, craftsmanship, and styling;

  • Educate clients on made-to-measure and ready-to-wear offerings, ensuring a deep understanding of quality and construction;

  • Build trust and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized appointments, follow-ups, and a strong clienteling mindset;

  • Apply refined sales and service techniques in line with Atelier Munro standards to achieve individual and store performance goals;

  • Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients, both in person and through digital channels;

  • Ensure the store environment and product presentation reflect Atelier Munro’s aesthetic and visual merchandising guidelines;

  • Uphold operational excellence, including inventory accuracy, adherence to brand standards, and execution of daily store procedures;

  • Collaborate flexibly with team members and leadership to support store initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture.
