About the job

As part of the Sales team at House of Atelier Munro Amsterdam, you’ll work closely with other Style Advisors. You’ll need to:

Assist customers in finding their personal style
Provide exceptional personal service and styling advice based on the customer's style preferences
Lead the client throughout an initial fitting, adjusting as required for their personal fit
Help customers put together complete looks and offer our wide range of made-to-measure products and ready to wear collection, promoting the brand and enthusing clients.
Actively acquire new leads and take advantage of sales opportunities, like organizing and attending events
Signal market developments in fashion trends, status, and vision of competitors
Achieve yearly-set goals by maintaining strong and long-term relationships with all current and potential clients
Ensure the store is always visually appealing to customers
Work closely with colleagues to create a positive shopping experience
Process orders and re-orders with timeliness and great communication

About you

You’ll ideally have

Experience in advising and selling made-to-measure clothing and willing to invest time in becoming a skilled Style Advisor and made-to-measure specialist.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
