Sales Appointment Planner
About the job
In this role, you will report to the Global Sales Director and work closely with the entire Custom Sales team. Your mission? To make sure our sales team can focus on what they do best: closing deals and building relationships. You’ll be their go-to support for everything related to planning, scheduling, and keeping the momentum going. You will:
Coordinate and schedule sales appointments between our sales team and both prospective and existing clients
Manage and maintain sales calendars, preventing overlap and optimizing schedules;
Book business travel such as hotels and flights for the sales team;
Collaborate with the team to qualify leads and prioritize meetings with the most promising prospects;
Reach out to clients to confirm meetings and gather key background information;
Share all necessary meeting materials and reminders ahead of time;
Follow up with clients to handle cancellations or rescheduling quickly and smoothly;
Create and maintain sales reports, tracking meeting success and appointment trends;
Act as the first point of contact for scheduling-related client questions;
Support the Global Sales Director with daily planning, meetings, and trip arrangements.
About you
You will ideally have:
A completed high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus);
Experience with scheduling and/or sales coordination;
Proficiency with tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent command of Dutch and English (both written and spoken);
Superb communication skills and a natural sense for service;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
A proactive mindset with high attention to detail;
A team-focused, empathetic approach to working with people from all levels of the sales team.
