Retail Operations Coordinator

About the job

Your responsibilities will include:

• The first point of contact for our retail teams, supporting them in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all Atelier Munro stores;

• Monitor inventory levels (store & warehouse), organize stock counts, and set replenishment guidelines;

• Set up and maintain procedures, improving processes for alterations, Ready To Wear & Made To Measure deliveries, and aftercare;

• Maintain and negotiate with external partners (tailors, repair partners, transporters); manage contracts and service levels;

• Setting up and maintaining consistent work methods, processes, procedures ( inventory variances, alteration performance, store feedback) and translate insights into action;

• Managing timelines and task trackers for store openings, working with multiple stakeholders to keep everything on schedule—with clear communication and ownership throughout;

• Communicate clearly with stores and HQ departments and deliver training on procedures and tools.

About you

You have a hands-on, process-driven, and service-minded. You balance detail with overview, communicate clearly, and take pride in organizing things better every day. Furthermore you are:

• Are available for 38 hours per week and based in (or able to commute to) Amsterdam;

• Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive;

• Are a strong communicator with a service-minded attitude;

• Are confident using tools like task trackers, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets;

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable coordinating across teams;

• Enjoy solving problems and making processes better;

• Have an interest in retail operations and customer experience;

• Are fluent in English—Dutch.
