Retail Operations Assistant (POS & RTW)

About the job

As retail operations assistant you will be assisting in both our made-to-measure operations and our ready to wear operations. You will be working closely with various departments within Munro (Customer support, Logistics, purchasing, sales, IT, our stores).

For our made-to-measure operations, you will assist with organizing and facilitating our point of sale materials to give our clients/resellers everything they need to focus on sales:

• Coordinate and arrange shipment of our weekly POS orders;

• Create and print stickers for our sales materials;

• Create excel lists with order information for external suppliers;

• Place orders for required materials for the production of our POS materials;

• Conduct final data checks;

• Stock management of our POS materials.

For our ready to wear operations, you will:

• Monitor stock for our stores around the world and reorder items during the season;

• Help innovate our stock system;

• Keep in contact with the warehouses for stock checks and manage left-over stock from the previous seasons;

• Process incoming and outgoing orders for the stock in our stores around the world;

• Communicate with the purchasing department on planned orders, the demand, and the material for our items, to make sure the purchasing department can anticipate;

• Support by overseeing purchases of our ready-to-wear items;

• Support retailers/wholesalers and the sales team with questions, inquiries, and challenges;

• Communicate with the logistics department about status shipments and order sending.

About you

• Well organized with a great eye for detail

• You can keep a cool head and know how to keep an overview

• You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves

• Experienced with Excel

• You have great communication skills and are commercially oriented

• You have an affinity with digital systems

• You have excellent command of English (both verbal and written) and preferably also in Dutch

• You have a Bachelors degree

• You are available 4 days a week
