Project Management Intern (Retail Expansion)
About the internship
As a Project Management Intern, you’ll support the Operations team with a variety of projects related to store openings, shop-in-shops, maintenance, and process development. You’ll gain exposure to every step of retail expansion, from initial planning to final installation, while helping keep projects running smoothly and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of new store openings and small in-store projects;
Supporting communication with suppliers and partners for SIS orders, deliveries, and installations;
Helping to document and structure internal processes and workflows;
Tracking outstanding tasks and following up with relevant stakeholders;
Assisting in setting up a maintenance program for existing stores;
Coordinating minor repairs or replacements for store furniture and fixtures;
Preparing project overviews, progress updates, and basic reports;
Providing general support to the Operations team on ongoing projects and day-to-day operational needs.
About you
You are enrolled in a relevant vocational or bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Project Management, Architecture, or Construction management);
You have strong communication and organizational skills;
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on;
You enjoy coordinating tasks and working with multiple stakeholders;
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and have a basic understanding of project tools (e.g. Monday);
You have a good command of English, both written and spoken;
You are available for at least 5–6 months, starting January or February 2026.
