What you’ll do
You will operate in an international environment where craftsmanship, technology and luxury come together. You will collaborate daily with our in-house development team in India, external software partners and internal business stakeholders across the organisation.
Product vision & roadmap
Define, refine and communicate the product vision and roadmap for our digital platforms, ensuring strong alignment with business goals and luxury brand positioning.
Translate business needs into clear product goals and feature proposals with measurable impact.
Backlog ownership
Own and prioritise the product backlog based on value, customer needs and technical feasibility.
Break down requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Coordinate deliverables with the in-house development and manage integrations and contributions from third party vendors.
Delivery & execution
Lead refinement, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives.
Clarify requirements, resolve blockers and support the team throughout the development cycle.
Review product increments, conduct UAT on all relevant devices and ensure all scenarios are covered before release.
Cross functional collaboration
Work closely with sales, retail operations, marketing, logistics, finance and customer service to gather requirements and ensure digital solutions support operational excellence.
Collaborate with UX, design and e-commerce teams to ensure digital experiences match our luxury brand standards.
Performance, analytics & improvement
Define KPIs and monitor product performance across B2B and B2C touchpoints.
Analyse usage, adoption and customer behaviour to identify improvement opportunities.
Report insights, risks and recommendations to the Head of Digital and relevant stakeholders.
AI, data & innovation
Identify opportunities where AI and automation can enhance user experience, operations or product value.
Ensure solutions are ethical, trustworthy and aligned with the brand.
About you
2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager, preferably in retail, fashion or e-commerce;
Experience working with distributed development teams, ideally in an offshore model;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements;
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps;
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
Customer centric, detail oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership;
Comfortable working in a fast paced, international environment.
