About the job

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our suit production operations. Working closely with ateliers, internal teams and suppliers, you’ll ensure that every suit we deliver meets our high standards – in quality, timing, and cost. Your focus will be on building strong partnerships, optimizing processes, and maintaining reliable performance throughout the supply chain. You’ll also play a key role in the implementation of CSR practices across our production partners. You will:

  • Oversee daily production operations at our ateliers;

  • Ensure quality, lead-time and capacity are aligned with our standards and customer expectations;

  • Set up and maintain efficient workflows – from incoming shipments and stock to outgoing deliveries;

  • Make sure all ateliers understand and apply our product specifications and craftsmanship guidelines;

  • Negotiate CM (cut & make) prices and monitor costs throughout production;

  • Manage yearly planning and track performance using KPIs around quality, stock and delivery time;

  • Analyse customer complaints and work with relevant teams to define action plans;

  • Monitor lead times, stock management, and capacity planning, aligning with internal stakeholders;

  • Provide guidance to atelier managers and QC teams, ensuring clarity in priorities and decision-making;

  • Implement all processes related to new product developments;

  • Support the Production Team Lead in sourcing and developing new atelier partnerships;

  • Ensure CSR policies, certifications and audit requirements are followed and embedded;

  • Build strong working relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and technical experts;

This role reports to the Production Team Lead and will require regular travel to production sites.

About you

  • Relevant degree such as: textiles production, fashion and textiles management;

  • 5-10 years proven experience in garment production management, and passion in the product;

  • Excellent organizational, management skills;

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques;

  • Strong affinity for materials and sartorial details;

  • Driven to make excellent products;

  • Problem solving ability;

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills;

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; detail-oriented and meticulous;

  • Ability to understand customers’ needs to provide a competitive advantage;

  • Willingness to travel as needed;

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office;

  • Fluency in English is a must, additional languages meriting.
