Online Performance Marketeer
About the job
Your responsibilities include:
Performance Marketing & Acquisition
Take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms;
Plan, execute and optimise performance campaigns within agreed budgets and KPI frameworks;
Identify growth and optimisation opportunities through keyword research, market insights and competitor analysis;
Monitor performance closely and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations.
SEO & Search Performance
Own the ongoing SEO optimization of website, product and landing pages;
Collaborate with the digital team on technical SEO, site performance and implementation improvements;
Collaborate with the Junior Marketeer to develop and optimize SEO-driven landing pages and content for both traditional search engines and AI-based discovery and conversational platforms;
Track search rankings, organic traffic and key SEO metrics, proactively suggesting improvements.
Optional: Email & CRM
Take ownership of the setup, optimization and performance of key Klaviyo flows;
Support email campaign planning and contribute to improvements in conversion, retention and personalization.
About you
You will ideally have:
2–5 years of experience in online performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce or DTC;
Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms and a solid understanding of SEO;
Experience with Klaviyo or comparable email/CRM tools;
Comfortable taking ownership, while working within a structured team environment;
Analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded;
Experience in fashion, luxury or premium brands is a plus.
