About you
We are looking for someone with management experience and a well-rounded foundation in Human Resources. The sort of person who will derive energy from developing fellow Team Leads, building the HR department, and executing improvement projects. You will ideally have:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education
- Minimum 7 years’ experience, with retail experience being a plus
- Several years of leadership experience
- Strong advisory and coaching skills
- A helicopter view with a pragmatic, hands-on attitude
- A decisive and optimistic mindset
- Project management skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the field
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
