About the job

As a Finance Intern at Munro Tailoring, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our finance team and gain insights into various aspects of financial management. You will:

• Assist in monitoring and managing the company’s financial transactions, such as executing purchase entries and bank entries.

• Book invoices, draft manual invoices, and sort and fill invoices
• Process the credit card claims from our employees
• Sort out payment reminders
• Assist in fixed asset statements and post depreciation
• Assist with financial data analysis and forecasting
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

About you

The person we’re looking for is always searching for how things can be done smarter. The sort of person that likes to substantiate everything they do with figures. As our Finance Intern:

• You are an MBO+ student in Finance, Economics or Accountancy.
• You’ll have a good command of Word, Excel, and accounting software (preferably Exact Globe)
• You’ll have strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English
• You’ll have a great eye for detail, without losing sight of the big picture
• You’ll work independently and take responsibility
• You’ll have a hands-on and proactive attitude
• You are available for at least 5 months starting January/February 2024
