Customer Operational Specialist internship
About the job
As a COS intern Your tasks will include:
Responding to standard customer inquiries via email and phone
Assisting with return requests and complaint handling
Checking and entering customer data into our systems
You’ll also bring new energy by:
Offering fresh ideas for customer communications;
Giving feedback on existing processes — “Why do we do it this way? Could it be improved?”.
Contributing to internal content & documentation:
Helping to create or update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures);
Supporting our customer satisfaction survey: setting it up, analysing responses, and sharing insights.
Supporting the team by taking on smaller but important tasks:
Helping with unpacking and checking incoming packages to ensure everything is in perfect order and ready for the next step.
About you
Ideally you will be:
You are enrolled in related study on vocational or bachelor level;
You have a good command of English and great communication skills;
You are familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel;
You are eager to learn new systems;
You can work independently and have a proactive mindset;
You are detail-oriented;
You are available for at least 5 months starting September 2025.
