Medior UX/UI Designer

About the job

As a Medior UX/UI Designer at Munro Tailoring, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing the digital experiences across our websites, ecommerce platforms, and internal applications. Working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders, you will translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.

You will be involved throughout the entire design process, from concept development and wireframing to prototyping, user research, and implementation. By combining creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of user experience principles, you will help create digital solutions that are both functional and aligned with the Munro and Atelier Munro brand experience.

About you

• You have 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI Design and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered digital products.

• You have hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• You are able to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.

• You have experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• You enjoy collaborating with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions.

• You understand the value of user research and can use insights and data to improve usability and digital experiences.

• You are confident presenting and explaining your design decisions to both peers and stakeholders.

• You are proactive, structured, and capable of working independently while maintaining a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

• You thrive in an international environment and communicate fluently in English.
