We’re a steadily growing international company with a turnover of €50M+, serving both B2B and B2C customers across 36 countries. As we continue our exciting journey, we’re looking for a Head of Customer Service to shape how we care for our customers worldwide.

In this role, you’ll inspire and lead a team of 10–15 dedicated service professionals, driving excellence in customer care and elevating our customer experience to the next level. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a global business, building scalable processes and empowering a motivated team to deliver outstanding service every day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and develop a team of 10–15 customer service professionals, building a culture of accountability, empathy, and performance.

  • Design and deliver a customer service strategy that strengthens satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

  • Introduce smart, scalable innovative solutions — from AI-powered chatbots to advanced CRM insights — that help us serve faster and smarter without losing the human touch.

  • Define and monitor KPIs, celebrate success, and coach for growth to ensure we’re always delivering our best.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to create a seamless customer journey that drives business impact.

  • Use user insights and feedback to continuously improve our products, processes, and service levels.

About you

  • You're a proven customer service leader with at least 7 years’ experience driving results in dynamic, customer-facing environments.

  • Someone who has led teams of 10+ FTE and thrives on developing people to be their best.

  • You're a strategic thinker who also rolls up their sleeves when needed.

  • You're passionate about customer-first experiences, with a track record of innovation and improvement.

  • Comfortable using data and technology (AI, automation, CRM platforms) to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes.

  • A strong communicator and natural collaborator, able to influence across the business. Dutch and English are required
