Financial Administrator
The Financial Administrator is part of the Finance department. You will support the Finance team and the Purchasing team with financial administration, including:
Correct and timely processing of cost invoices;
Processing bank statements;
Checking outstanding creditor accounts and payment reminders;
Contacting suppliers regarding payments and outstanding invoices;
And other projects and tasks.
Ideally, you possess the following qualities:
Experience and/or relevant experience in an administrative role;
You are precise and work in a structured way;
You are proactive and have a flexible work attitude;
You are communicative in both Dutch and English;
Knowledge of Exact Globe and basic knowledge of Excel is a plus.
