We’re opening our brand-new U.S. headquarters and we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Junior) to help us take our North American business to the next level.
About the job
As our Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the go-to contact for our 200+ U.S. accounts, making sure everything runs smoothly and our partners feel fully supported. Your work will include:
Communicating daily with partners about orders, deliveries, invoices, returns, and remakes;
Managing shipments coming in and out of the office, such as fabric swatches, borrowed garments, and returns;
Following up on complaints or special requests in a clear, solution-oriented way;
Supporting new account set-up, marketing needs, and other operational tasks;
Coordinating with consultants and other departments to improve processes and keep partners happy.
In short: you’ll be the link between our partners and our brand, ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery.
About you
Strong communicator (English + ideally another language);
Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven;
Positive mindset, eager to learn, and not afraid to take initiative;
2+ years’ experience in a similar role;
Excel skills & ability to manage multiple priorities.
