What will you do?

As Creative Operations Support, you will assist the creative team with both operational and administrative tasks. You’ll be responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring accurate information, and monitoring deadlines. You make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so that our designers, copywriters, and content creators can perform at their best. You will:

• Delivering content: completing templates, adding product specifications, and checking text accuracy;

• Creating and maintaining checklists for product photography and tracking progress;

• Archiving content in the correct locations within our databases;

• Reviewing submitted content (images, text, style codes);

• Uploading content into systems like GoCreate, Virtual Showroom, Intranet, and Downloads;

• Assisting in creating and managing production schedules and deadlines;

• Identifying bottlenecks, monitoring timelines, and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers;

• Supporting briefing processes for designers and copywriters;

• Following up on tasks, such as sending reminders;

• Ordering samples, maintaining tracking overviews, and monitoring deliveries;

• Performing other administrative tasks within the team.

About you

• You are precise, organized, and enjoy working with checklists, schedules, and systems;

• You have a sharp eye for detail and strive for accuracy in everything you do;

• You are proactive, independent, and communicate easily with different departments;

• You have experience with Excel and other planning tools;

• You have an affinity for fashion and feel at home in a fast-paced creative environment;

• You speak and write Dutch fluently;

• Experience in a similar administrative role within a creative organization is a plus;

• You are available 4 days a week (32 hours)
