About the job
We are looking for a commercially driven and creative B2B Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Creative. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating our international growth by generating qualified leads, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue across global wholesale markets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitive research to identify potential customers, define market opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies;
Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support new customer acquisition;
Partner closely with Sales to nurture leads and support their conversion into long-term customer relationships;
Drive revenue growth within the existing customer base through initiatives that stimulate upselling, cross-selling, and successful new product introductions (video, print, digital, in-store, etc.);
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, activation moments, and commercial initiatives in alignment with Sales, Creative, Product, and Merchandising teams;
Manage and optimize B2B digital marketing channels, including email marketing, LinkedIn, and paid advertising, to support global commercial objectives;
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and report on KPIs to continuously improve effectiveness, lead quality, and customer engagement;
Organize and represent the company at trade shows, season launches, and relevant industry events to strengthen brand visibility and commercial relationships;
Contribute to defining marketing strategies and tactical plans across global markets, aligned with international growth ambitions;
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and B2B marketing best practices;
Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of the company’s training and development platform.
Working closely with the Sales Director, you will contribute directly to commercial planning and have significant influence on campaign effectiveness and market impact. This role spans global markets across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Asia.
About you
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in wholesale and higher-end menswear or fashion;
Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth through marketing initiatives;
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer acquisition strategies;
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, or Spanish are a plus);
Strong interest in international trade and global market dynamics;
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems (specific tools can be discussed);
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment;
Education HBO bachelor is minimal requirement.
