About the job

As the Assistant Store Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, sales management, and excellent customer experience. You will:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld and cultivate an environment with the intention to offer the highest level of service.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach and gain a deep understanding of clients' needs and act on customer feedback.
  • Guide, and lead the client throughout the sales process, including measurements, fitting, and adjusting to create a perfect suit for the customer.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist with- and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and execute all daily operational and communicative tasks associated with Visual Merchandising, Inventory management and local Marketing and promotion.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, participate in community events and sponsorships, be a proactive driver of acquiring new leads to expand the existing network and make full use of all sales opportunities.
  • Assist in ordering, and reordering items, including monitoring outstanding orders, on hold orders and changing orders on customer request.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes and regularly assess store performance and key metrics.
  • Manage Style Advisors’ appointments and calendar management.

About you

You’ll ideally have

  • Vocational education or equivalent professional experience in a related discipline;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion industry;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
  • Good understanding of the measurement and fitting process;
  • Good knowledge of fabrics and other materials and technical constructions of suits;
